Hunter Criscione focuses his practice on general liability, primarily in New York Labor Law. In addition to construction litigation, he handles premises and elevator liability cases, motor vehicle accidents, and property damage disputes. He provides comprehensive representation from case inception through resolution, ensuring clients receive effective and strategic advocacy.

Hunter has worked on complex, high-exposure cases, including explosion and wrongful death actions where he has had the opportunity to zealously advocate on behalf of the firm’s client at oral argument.
Hunter began his career at Fullerton Beck as an intern in 2018, gaining early exposure to labor law and litigation. This experience solidified his passion for the field and set the foundation for his continued growth within the firm. His dedication and hands-on experience give him an in-depth understanding of construction processes and site inspections, allowing him to provide valuable insights and practical solutions to clients.
He has spoken on panels at his alma mater, Pace University School of Law, and remains involved with the International Law Review.
