Gillian Minnerly
Gillian Minnerly brings a passion for litigation to her new role at Fullerton Beck, where she focuses on general liability and medical malpractice. In her practice, Gillian handles all facets of litigation, including drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and memos; conducting depositions; appearing for court conferences; and regularly interacting with clients and insurers to provide timely updates and analysis on pending cases.
Clients appreciate Gillian’s attention to detail and timely action.
Before joining Fullerton Beck, Gillian worked at a regional insurance defense law firm where she handled New York Labor Law cases as well as general liability matters. She also gained valuable experience through her various internships in immigration law, matrimonial law and guardianship law with D.C. Superior Court Judge Wiedmann.
