Delaney Lukowski

Delaney Lukowski currently serves as a Judicial Clerk at Fullerton Beck after spending two summers interning with the firm during law school. She worked on a wide range of complex legal matters, including general liability, construction law, labor law, medical malpractice, and cases under the Child Victims Act. She conducted extensive legal research and helped prepare detailed case summaries. Delaney also assisted senior attorneys in drafting key litigation documents such as summary judgment motions, motions to dismiss, oppositions, and replies.

In addition to her current role, she gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern for the Hon. Jennifer Rogers at the Luzerne County Family Court in Wilkes-Barre, PA. While there, she observed court proceedings on custody matters and engaged in in-depth discussions about legal issues with the judge, further honing my analytical skills and understanding of family law.
