Katrine Beck, co-founder of Fullerton Beck, focuses her litigation practice on complex general liability, municipal law, and commercial auto matters. She successfully manages all phases of litigation and trial in state and federal courts and is adept in the courtroom as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Her clients encompass individuals, small businesses, large corporations, property managers, and insurance carriers.
She also heads the firm’s 24-Hour Emergency Response Team, managing tier 1 accident cases for insurer clients. In this role, she ensures the swift implementation of critical measures, including evidence preservation, witness interviews, and collecting time-sensitive information, all to build a strong and effective defense.
Katrine’s general liability practice includes defending high-exposure cases involving negligence, construction accident claims under New York Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Her prior OSHA-10 certification provides her with specialized knowledge of construction, AIA contracts, and insurance and indemnity requirements.
She also oversees the firm’s Medical Malpractice Group and sexual assault cases.
Previously, Katrine served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department, Bronx Tort Division, where she tried cases on behalf of New York City and its agencies. This experience honed her ability to quickly identify key issues and shape successful litigation strategies.
